Client Story: Trinity Eco Prayer Park
Ken Steinken had a vision: to take a blighted patch a land next to Trinity Lutheran Church in Rapid City and convert it into a beautiful, sustainable, eco park that would be a place for reflection, peace and prayer.
He had the vision, the volunteers, and the tenacity to make it happen. He turned to Numad to help carve a path to raise the needed money to make what once was a dream a reality.
Over the course of a year, Numad worked with Ken and his team to:
Raise money to pay for the development of the park;
Create a visual identity to both for fundraising cultivation of major donors, as well as to promote the park; and,
Develop and implement a media relations plan to strategically place news stories (like this and this) about the park's development in regional media.
Today, Trinity Eco Prayer Park (which is directly across the street from our headquarters in The Garage) stands as a perfect example of what happens when members of the community want to find a way to be creative and innovative to make a neighborhood a better place to live and work.
