Laura Faltynski

Laura Faltynski joined The Numad Group in the spring of 2022. As an assistant, she supports the work of the Numads as they bring people together for the greater good.
Prior to working with The Numad Group, Laura spent fifteen years as an administrative assistant supporting “dreamers and doers” at several nonprofits. Her experience supporting teams through direct communications, team organization, and office management has allowed her to interact with organizations from around the globe.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in business and has worked with groups in Montana, Minnesota, Colorado, South Dakota, and France. In recent years her work has focused on helping several multinational organizations to find renewed vision, purpose, and direction through structural organization. Whether working with cowboys or aerospace engineers, volunteers or senior vice presidents, in the Midwest or the South of France, Laura brings the same passion and integrity to help other people accomplish their goals.
After spending several years working with multinational teams in France, Laura recently returned to Rapid City, where she enjoys the wide-open spaces, unexpected culinary delights, and reading a great biography in the Dakota sun.
